What No Hidden Fees Means

If you have seen our billboards on the road or heard our radio spots, you’ve probably noticed we use the term no hidden fees in our advertising. But what does that really mean and why is it important to you?

We have built a family-owned business that offers the absolute best customer service, a high-quality product, and transparency. We’re proud of the culture we’ve created – it’s a culture where, among others things, we’ve chosen to be transparent with our customers about things like propane price fluctuation.

Many propane companies advertise extremely low rates. But if you look closely, there can be hidden fees which end up offsetting those lower prices, sometimes costing you even more money. At Wright, we offer no hidden fees, ever. That is what you can expect from us.

Propane price per gallon can fluctuate for many reasons including unexpected weather patterns, seasons, and of course, supply and demand. Naturally, when this happens, our prices must also change. But the difference between us and many other propane companies is that we only pass along the price per gallon changes. We don’t tack on additional fees so we can advertise a super low per gallon rate. It’s just not how we do business. We choose to educate our customers on why the change occurs, so any changes will make sense.

Propane prices will fluctuate for many reasons. But something which will never fluctuate is our commitment to our customer. When we say no hidden fees, we really mean it. It’s just the Wright thing to do.
